The Glen Mills Bulls will host the Wyong Roos in an international match at Jack Pearson Stadium, Glen Mills Schools on Friday, October 8 at 6:30pm.

The 2004 American Rugby League National Champions will face a tough challenge against the Wyong Roos, who are a formidable club based on the central coast of New South Wales, Australia. The Roos are the former club of USA Tomahawks international and 2004 AMNRL MVP, Marcus Vassilakopoulos and have been a perennial force in the NSW Country Rugby League Championships.

The Roos will be led by former Australian National Rugby League (NRL) professional, Troy Pezet and feature a number of young rising Australian Rugby League stars along with New Jersey Sharks pair, Phil Shipos and Greg Minninger, who spent the off season developing their skills downunder with the Roos.

The matchup with the Roos is a great opportunity for local Rugby League fans to enjoy the skill and talent of a professional club team from Australia, and also enjoy the continuing development of the sport of Rugby League in America. Whilst in the Delaware County the Roos will conduct a number of coaching clinics at local schools.

The Wyong Roos Rugby League club hosted the USA Tomahawks National Team in Australia this past February, and this will be their first visit to America in what the AMNRL hope to be an annual exchange between the two organizations.
