7. Tonga- Pacific Qualifier 2
8.  European Qualifier 1
9.  European Qualifier 2
10. OPEN
 
The tenth position in the 2008 World Cup will be determined through regional qualifying brackets with the winner of the Atlantic Region to meet the third place Pacific Nation and the third place European Nation in a three way tournament to be held in England in 2007.
 
Rugby League World Cup Qualifying Brackets -
Atlantic Region - USA, Japan, West Indies, South Africa
Pacific Region - Fiji, Tonga, Samoa, Cook Islands
Europe Region - Ireland, Wales, Scotland, Lebanon, Serbia, Russia
 
Atlantic Region Update:-
South Africa - withdrew from tournament
West Indies -  withdrew from tournament
USA v Japan on October 28 in Philadelphia, USA to determine Atlantic Region Qualifier
